This Cookie Policy explains how OriFlows ("OriFlows", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on oriflows.com (the "Website"), what each category of cookie is used for, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

3. Cookies currently used on this Website
OriFlows keeps cookie use to the minimum needed to run the Website. At present:
Performance, analytics and marketing cookies: the Website does not currently run third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or marketing/retargeting cookies. If we introduce any of these in the future — for example to measure site performance or run ad campaigns — this Cookie Policy will be updated in advance, the table above will be revised to reflect the change, and, where required by UK law, a cookie consent banner will be added to obtain your permission before any non-essential cookie is set.
4. Your consent
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, strictly necessary cookies (like those above, needed to deliver a service you've actively requested, such as loading the booking calendar) can be used without prior consent. Any performance, analytics, or marketing cookies we add in future will only be set after you have given your consent via a cookie banner, and you will be able to withdraw that consent at any time.
5. How to manage or disable cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block cookies from specific sites, or all sites, by default
- Block third-party cookies specifically
- Clear all cookies when you close your browser

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies, such as those used by our booking calendar, may prevent parts of the Website (like scheduling an audit call) from working correctly.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. As there is no common industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT signals, the Website does not currently respond differently based on this setting — though, as noted above, we do not run analytics or marketing cookies at present regardless.
